2023 HarborPark Jazz, Rhythm & Blues Festival

Thank you for your continued support of the growth and development of the Mahone Fund. For many of you, your support has been our backbone for over the last 18 years.

This year’s HarborPark Jazz, Rhythm & Blues Festival is on Saturday, August 19, 2023. The event will once again be held in HarborPark at Celebration Place on the scenic shores of beautiful Lake Michigan.

If you are interested in volunteering for this year’s event, please complete our online form and submit no later than Wednesday, August 9, 2023.

Shifts will be determined by a volunteer’s availability and the minimum number of hours (4-hour minimum).

After You Apply

Each area will have a team captain who is responsible for building their team of volunteers from the list of recruits. The captains may begin contacting volunteers, confirming assignments and possibly scheduling team meetings between July 14th – August 14th.

Volunteers can indicate their area of interest, but assignments are based on the need and availability of the volunteer.

Benefits include a volunteer t-shirt, refreshments during the time of your shift and admission to the festival.

The following release must be read and signed to complete this application.

In consideration of being permitted to participate as a volunteer for the 2023 HarborPark Jazz & Rhythm & Blues Festival, and in full voluntary recognition and assumption of any risk and hazard associated with my participation, I, (please print/full name) , for myself and my heirs, personal representatives, successors and assigns, hereby voluntarily release the Mary Lou & Arthur F. Mahone Fund and the Kenosha Community Foundation, the City of Kenosha, HarborPark Jazz & Rhythm & Blues Committee, all HarborPark Jazz & Rhythm & Blues sponsors, participating concessionaires, its officers, employees and representatives, and all other entities or parties associated with the 2023 HarborPark Jazz & Rhythm & Blues Festival event, from any and all claims, losses, damages and liabilities arising from death, injury, illness or damage incurred or suffered by me or any other person arising out of, relating to, or resulting from my participation in the 2023 HarborPark Jazz & Rhythm & Blues Festival event and related incidental activities including pre-event set-up and post-event tear-down activities.
