Hosted each year at Celebration Place in Kenosha, WI, the HarborPark Jazz, Rhythm & Blues Festival provides a wonderfully diverse mixture of music and attracts visitors from Milwaukee, Chicagoland and beyond to the scenic Celebration Place of Kenosha. In previous years, the festival has welcomed various national and regional jazz artists including Ramsey Lewis, Nick Colionne, Len Rainey and the Midnight Players, Spyro Gyra, Nelson Rangell, Euge Groove, Eric Marienthal, and David Benoit.
In addition to listening to quality music throughout the day, patrons are able to purchase raffle tickets for the 50/50 raffle, play in our wine pull, and enjoy a seat in the popular “Cooking Studio,” which kicks-off the festival fun each year. The Cooking Studio provides gourmet foodies and aspiring cooks a gorgeous lakefront atmosphere to learn the tricks of the trade during an interactive cooking demonstration.
The HarborPark Jazz, Rhythm & Blues Festival is a fundraiser produced by the volunteer efforts of the Mary Lou & Arthur F. Mahone Foundation and all proceeds support the CEO mentoring program, where our overarching goal continues to focus on academic achievement, college readiness career success, and service to others while reducing the financial barriers impacting access and affordability for our first-generation students.
